How do I block a customer from making an appointment? I'm showing that this option is available but it isn't working for me.

We don't offer the ability to block customers from making an appointment at this time.
You have the option to modify your Online Booking Preferences, enabling you to either accept or decline clients before confirming their bookings.
Please also check out this Best Answer from our Feature Request board and feel free to add why this feature would benefit your business.

It says that this service is available on the community site.
Can we make that be an option?
we have too many appointments being booked on a daily basis to approve or deny all appointments coming in and there are people who too often have messed up and are no longer welcome back.
block customer option would be great for this!
