Why is square the only online scheduling system that does not allow me to block a client?

I am so upset this morning and I have to say this is completely unacceptable. Had I realized this was not an option when I transferred my entire customer list to square I would have reconsidered. I have almost 1,000 people and transferring again to a new system is too much of a problem it was a huge move when I chose square. I love square for so many things especially the POS and reports; but this has to be fixed! I should not have to add extra steps in my already super busy schedule to accept or decline appointments because I have to block one customer from scheduling to keep my therapists safe! I am super busy and to take the extra time when every other online scheduling system has this already in place is very frustrating. Please get this fixed and help me protect my therapists as well as myself with the online scheduling.

Hello @CCM2 I know moving everything over to a new system is such a pain and so sorry you went through all that just to figure out Square does not have this feature. At this time it is a feature request and certainly one our sellers are asking for. I would ask if you can add your sentiments to this Ideate Post, our new process of tracking feature requests. Please add as much detail and insight on your business need for this request as you can.
