When will tap to pay on iPhone be available in Square Appointments?

I see Tap to Pay on iPhone is available in POS, but when (will?) it be available in Appointments?

Update: Tap to Pay is now available in Square Appointments in the US, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, and Spain.

Can we get tap to pay in appointments? If not is there a way to check out appointments through the square pos and have it communicate to the appointments app?

We've passed on your feedback regarding Tap to Pay for Square Appointments. 

We're not too sure what you mean by your second question. Is there a reason you are unable to check out your appointments through the Square Appointments app?

In your reply, if you could include some additional information about your current point of sale setup, and what the benefit would be to checking your appointments out via the Square Point of Sale app, that would be much appreciated.

Not a problem! What I meant was if I have an appointment set in the appointments app, can I go through the square checkout app that doesn’t have the appointment on it for check out? Can the different apps communicate to show the appointment as paid?

At this time, you are unable to check out Square Appointments, or view appointment history from your Customer profiles via the Square Point of Sale app. However, it's worth noting that you can add additional items or custom amounts to the sale when checking out an appointment via the Square Appointments app.
