I haven't used Vagaro before but I heard it was a good system. I started with Square Appointments and have grown with them. I love the new features that they bring together for us and the pricing is good. You can leave notes for your clients in the note sections and I'm pretty sure you can customize notes as well. The system is easy for my clients to book and appointment (one at time or multiple), they can book with multiple stylist at one time (such as eyebrow waxing for one and a hair cut with another..for example). You can have them prepay or book with cards on file...set up a cancellation policy...I mean the list is endless. Email marketing, loyalty program, text message marketing...all from your dashboard...take payments...everything in one place. Try it out for a couple of weeks with your upcoming clients to see if you like it...I think you will 🙂
