What is your experience with Square Appointment?

Hi there! I am an owner of Belle Amé Skin studio. I am currently using Vagaro for my scheduling program and am thinking of moving over to Square Appointments. Has anyone done this and what is your experience? My hesitation is that all of my clients chart notes are on their files in Vagaro along with progress photos and my clients know how to use vagaro. If I switch to Square Appointments this would help with keeping track of my employees commissions. I am also considering getting the Square clock in and out system. Thank you for your help!

Welcome to the Square Community.  Here you find like minded individuals where you can bounce ideas off of as well get help with square related issues.  I haven't used Vagaro before but I heard it was a good system.  I started with Square Appointments and have grown with them.  I love the new features that they bring together for us and the pricing is good.  You can leave notes for your clients in the note sections and I'm pretty sure you can customize notes as well.  The system is easy for my clients to book and appointment (one at time or multiple), they can book with multiple stylist at one time (such as eyebrow waxing for one and a hair cut with another..for example).  You can have them prepay or book with cards on file...set up a cancellation policy...I mean the list is endless.  Email marketing, loyalty program, text message marketing...all from your dashboard...take payments...everything in one place.  Try it out for a couple of weeks with your upcoming clients to see if you like it...I think you will 🙂

 

Oh they have a wait list feature as well....
