What is going on with repeating appointment

Since my app has updated when I go to change an appointment that is on repeat 98% of the time.it changes the all the appointments along with the ones that have already happened or creates new ones starting at the beginning of the year. It never use to do that and now I have double bookings or even canceled all appointments, including appointments that have already been done in the past, and then I have to restart everything and redo my schedule all over again. This is becoming very frustrating, stressful, amd annoying.

This sounds terribly frustrating! I'm not sure if this is something we can easily troubleshoot here on Community, and because of this, it may be better for you to reach out to direct support

 

I definitely want to try to help, though! For starters, can you please let us know what device you are using, and confirm if your device is up-to-date? When did this first start happening to you? I know you mentioned after an update, but how long ago was it, and do you see any new updates that you can apply?

I use android.  And this update happened a few days ago.

Thank you. I'm not seeing any other reports of this happening at this time on Android devices. And since this is going to require account access to view the appointments in question, I definitely suggest one-on-one support from the team. A rep will be able to escalate this to the engineers if it turns out to be a suspected bug. 

 

When you get a chance, please log into your account, and visit this link. Phone support is limited on the weekends, however, we do have live reps available via chat/messaging. When you request help from the support page you will see a pop-up box with an automated chat prompt. You can bypass the suggested help articles by typing something like "speak with a rep". 

 

Please do let us know if you have trouble reaching a team member. Weekend hours are the same as normal business hours, 6am-6pm PST.
