Our salon does not allow clients to book themselves, so there are times when I need to email the waitlist with available options, or even just a part of the waitlist who are waiting for a certain service or a certain stylist. I need more options within the Waitlist page like "email/message all" or "email/message selected" based on certain filters. I would really love it if there was more capability within the waitlist feature because it's basically all we use at our salon. Does anyone else out there use the waitlist in this way? What are some successful workarounds?
