I would like to Use No Show Protection and Require Prepayment at the same time.
I want all appointments to be charged cancellation fees and some appointments Be charged up front. I set up all my services this way....
BUT
In the Appointments >>> Settings >>> Payments and Cancelations >>> Online Payments
You can only choose one of the three
1. Booking without No-Show Protection
2. Booking with No-Show Protection
or
3. Require Prepayment.
How can I choose both 2. and 3. ?

Hi! If you’re implementing number 3, prepayment, then why does it matter? You don’t need “no show protection” as your protection is paid for in advance if they cancel or no show…? Just curious but maybe I’m misunderstanding what you’re needing.
