Is there a way to send a customer all of their upcoming appts without having to copy and paste or screen shot them yet? We schedule our clients out a year in advance, and every December, I have to email 400 schedules individually.

I'm happy to help but will need some more detail in order to better understand your question. Are you wanting to send a list of all the client's appointments for the year/remainder of the year? Are you wanting to do this for all of your clients at once or on a per-client basis?

The Square Appointments Team confirmed that this would be a feature request. There isn't a "view only" option of the schedule. You can either choose to create a print out of the calendar monthly view from the Dashboard, or you can use Appointments Plus to use Google Calendar export to the personal calendars, so your employees don't have a way to interact with the admin side of things (if that is the end goal of this request).

That doesn’t answer my question at all.
I need my CLIENTS to see their upcoming appts for the year without me having to print the schedule like it’s 2008 or copy and paste and email their entire schedule to each individual client (over 300 for the year). 😭 this has been a request from your users for years.
every other software shows the clients next appts on the receipt or has options to send upcoming appointments with the click of a button.

I reached out to the Appointments team again and this is what they said, "Appointments sends out notifications when clients book with the Seller and whatever other notification options are set by the Seller for the customer closer towards the date. A list is a feature request, but this also seems like the Seller should be guiding their clients to utilize their customer profiles via sign in on their booking site or square site. Once they sign in via the prompt at the top right of the site screen, they will be able to see all upcoming and past appointment history."
