Square appointments

Does square appointments link to the square register? Can I use the register instead of a separate iPad?

The Square Appointments app is available on the Register. To access it, you’ll need to completely sign out, then sign back in using your full email address and password. Once you do, you should see the option to log into Appointments instead of the standard Point of Sale.
