I get maybe 3 people a week who think they scheduled an appointment, show up, and they do not have one. I realized a lot of them are not scrolling down after they book to hit the "confirm" button. Is there any way this could be remedied so the confirm is more evident? I think it happens when people book on their phone.

This is currently a standard template that works for every Square Online booking site. If there is anything else we can look at for you, please let us know!
