Square Appointments: Can I automatically add a reminder note to follow up?

I a free consult appointment for new clients interested in my services. Is there a way to automatically have a note reminder put in to have me follow up after the appointment?

If there's no way to do it within Square, does anyone have a good idea for using Zapier to move clients into a follow up system?

You could put in the note in the appointment itself. Those come up at the end of the transaction.
