Services Description "truncated" by META Browsers.

Good evening community, new here and I am struggling with the default Appointments configuration in the built-in Square website provided. I can sort and update my services descriptions, but they are being "shortened" without a "Read More" option (that I can find). The just display an "ellipses" or thee dots "...". When a customer clicks on the Service it acts like the "Book Now" button and they never see the full service description. If the Select "Book Appointment" it take them to a pop-up page that allows them to "Select a Service" and has a "More Info" link for each service. I would like to have that "More Info" show up on the main Appointments page so they can select the right service from the Service Description.

 

Any help or pointers is greatly appreciated

Thank you Sayra - I did update the Service List order and as long as the customer doesn't touch the mobile device, the description stays fully readable, the minute they try to scroll - the description is truncated again.

 

Makes for a frustrating customer UX.

Yes, I am having the same issue. Has there been a resolve? Definitely frustrating that customer can't see the full description list. I would not want to book to without knowing all that's included.
