Service Order not Alpha-Numberic when Clients use "booking" button.

Help!

I have only certain services available for Clients to book using the embedded "booking" button on my website.

On my Point of Sale App, I used the (a), (b), (c), trick to order the following...

(a) 60 Minutes
(b) 90 Minutes

(c) 120 Minutes

That seems to place them in the order I'd like to view them on the Point Of Sale App.

However, when clients use the "booking" button link to my Square Appointments...the services are out of order...

They appear like this

(a) 60 Minutes

(c) 120 Minutes

(d) 90 Minutes

I'm "ocd" when it comes to the order of things and this is very annoying for me!

Anyone have any idea WHY this is happening???

\Hi @KTTT.  Mysteries like this keep me up at night, too!  Ha.  I have a similar issue with Square KDS randomizing kitchen ticket modifiers for no apparent reason at all.  I finally had to develop the “serenity to accept the things I can not change.”  😉

 

On a more serious note, are you using Variations for your service lengths?  If so, I’m at a loss to understand why you even need the abc method, since variations are listed on both POS and Online in the order we place them.  We can drag and drop them to rearrange at will.  It sounds like there might be a problem in your account somewhere that someone needs to look into.  But first, could you post a photo/screenshot of your item on POS as well as post your store URL?  I’ll certainly take a look and see if anything jumps out at me before you decide to do the phone thing.
