We currently have landscaping clients invoiced monthly via 'reoccurring invoices' (with payment due prior to their first service of the month to book their spot on the calendar).
We would like to turn these into appointments on the calendar (right now we are manually adding them as such (since we want to specify a day of service (ie the 1st and 3rd Wednesday each month - but not indicate a specific time). If I select 'repeating' when creating a new appointment- a time still populates- and is sent to the client in a confirmation message (even when I select "all day"}.
Would it be possible to:
-The ability to have clients pay fully at the beginning of the month?
-Have a box to check to *not* indicate a time of service?
-An option to pick the weeks of service each month? (every two weeks would not work - since they will not receive more than 2 services a month)
-The ability to add on an additional charge the day of if needed?

On the Appointments app, you wouldn’t be able to have your customer pay on a recruiting basis (in this case, every month).
When it comes to having a box to check to *not* indicate a time of service, this is not available in Square.
An option to pick the weeks of service each month is something we are looking into with our Appointments Team and will get back to you on.
Lastly, if you need to charge your customer an additional fee at the end of the service, you would need to add an item called "Additional Charge" or something related. This would need to be sent via an invoice or charged at the moment of checking out. We need more context on how exactly you would like to get this done.

Will it be possible soon to perhaps select multiple dates of service on an estimate and/or invoice (reoccurring or a single service) - and have those dates appear as appointments on the appointments calendar?
We are paying for the appointments subscription now, but are spending a lot of time transferring data to the calendar and sending reminders on our own to clients for all services other than estimates.
@Evan_R - We don’t have a time frame for when these features can be available or if they are on a roadmap. Square has created a space where our Seller can provide their feature suggestions as well as track their progress.
