Remove or modify specific message on no-show email notification

When a customer decided to not show up to their scheduled appointment and I marked it as a no-shoe., I would prefer the language on the notification email not to say "we hope to see you soon, please book an appointment"

There can be any reason why a customer not showing up. Whatever it maybe, I would rather not "begging" them to book another appt. Give us an option to change this specific message in the email notification or eliminate it please. Thank you.

Hi @tml88.  You can change the text of various Appointments communications by going to your dashboard > Customers > Appointments > Settings > Communications.

At the bottom, you’ll see the “Client marked as no-show” communication.  Click on it and you can change the email notice.  Also, if you are a paid subscriber then you can change the text of the SMS notice, too.
