Rebook prompt at check out - Client Tracking - Client declined to rebook at check out button

I was hoping there would be a way to track that clients are being asked to rebook by staff. 

Is there a way to add a button in the system to say that the clients did not want to rebook at check out? I want to implement a reminder for staff when they check them out Is there is a better option for prompts. Some systems will ask what to do next during a check out with a reminder about rebooking.
