Multiple Bookings using the appointments software in the same room at the same time

I have an holistic healing center that has a Himalayan Salt room. In the room are 4 chairs that are available to be booked separately. When I set the service up for the room using the Square Appointments software, I used the Variations button to differentiate Chair 1, Chair 2 etc. However once a customer books one chair it shuts down the time for additional chairs to be booked. How do I set the service up so more that 1 chair can be booked in the room at a time?

Hi!  I have something similar.  Try setting each chair up as a different resource instead of variations.  In the Appointments tab, look to the right in the menu and scroll down to Resources.  Then assign resources to each service and you will be able to book as many as there are resources available.  @MsMauls
