I am a massage therapist and I offer different services for massage. There’s one massage that I would like to offer once a week. It doesn’t matter what DAY but once it gets booked I don’t want Square to allow that service to be booked again until the following week.
Is there a setting for this in Items or Services?
Hi @ECFL. Currently, I know of no such setting anywhere. And, since you said that the service could be scheduled for any day of the week, rather than a set day/time, none of the possible workarounds I have in mind would work, either. At this point, all I can suggest is that you head over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request to the Square Appointments team to add this feature to their future product roadmap. Of course, this will only get the ball rolling for the evaluation phase, and feature requests take time to implement. If you need to find a solution ASAP, I’d recommend searching the Square App Marketplace for third-party appointments apps that integrate with Square. Maybe one of those has the feature you are looking for.
