Is there a way to receive a notification if a client leaves an appointment note?

My clients often leave notes of helpful info.. I sometimes will miss things because I have to manually open up every single appointment of my day to check for notes. Is there an easier way to do this? A way that I can be notified if they leave one?

Hey there @annamop.  Currently, there is no such option/feature.  Checking each appointment is the only way to be sure.

 

If you want, you can head over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request to the Square Appointments team.  They will review it and decide if it is something they want to put in a future release.
