Hi @grantlantalawn. Currently, there is no mechanism in Appointments to accomplish this. I also checked Square Marketing to see if there was an automation that might do this, but there wasn’t. So I’m pretty confident this feature doesn’t exist.
My only recommendation is to submit a feature request to the Appointments Team. Be specific about what you are trying to do, and why you think this would be a helpful feature for other Square Appointments sellers. Someone will review it and follow up.
