So this is more of a suggestion since I haven't found it in the setup.
I own and operate a salon. In our old system I could specify for each client how long a service took and it would remember it so when they booked again it would schedule it for the correct time.
Currently with square appointments I am losing $$ because everyone is scheduled for the same service time and unless I catch it ahead of time I have empty space.
