Just thinking of using the appointment scheduling for my private rides business. My schedule is very complex and I would definitely have to approve each request. Do you still think it's worth using? And how long do you think I'd have to approve a request before customer gets anxious? I know if I don't answer someone right away they often find another driver asap! Which is why I tend to just use directly texting me for booking. But I'd love to have the booking reminders and possibly other contact and discounts sent easily. Also they can see what I see so less room for an error like them saying 5am but they meant 5pm and I scheduled it based on what they said. This was they see the text confirmation and know exactly when I'm scheduled! What do y'all think?
@VistanciaRides thanks for your question!

It’s definitely worth using. It’s laid out just like a calender. You also can set it to automatically accept appointments so you dont have to worry about them waiting on your end / finding another driver asap. We have a lot of language in our texts that tells you our parameters which will probably also help. Highly recommend
I absolutely LOVE Square appointments - Have been using it for 3+ years and it has supported my constantly growing business. We especially love the waitlist, which you could also utilise as it would mean when you get a cancellation especially at peak times you can fill it and still earn!!
Hope that helps you make a decision x
