How do I set my appointment setting so my clients can book certain times?

Hi there,

I would like some help or if there’s even a setting to edit my schedule. But I want my clients to book on the hour. (Ex. 9am, 10am, 11am) which I do have my settings switched to that where my clients can only book on the hour. BUT I want my clients to only book @9am, @11am, @1pm, and 3pm. 

I can not find a setting to where my clients can only book those times. It will show my clients every hour that is available but I want them to only be able to book certain times.

I recommend setting up a personal event on your calendar during the times you do not want your clients to be able to book. This way, they won't be able to book during those particular times. You can read more about creating personal events here in our Support Center.

You can always go under your staff permissions under the Appointment Section” and put the times that are available.  For example your business might say it’s open 10 - 5 but you can go behind on each provider and add the days and times you want to only display to clients to be able to book.  Hope that helps.  Let me know if you need screenshots 🙂
