How do I choose booking times for a Practitioner?

Hello!

I have a Studio where I offer therapy appointments.

I have someone coming to use the space one day a week and they only want to book appointments for 11am, 1pm and 3pm.

I have been trying to work out how to do this. They are all set up in the system, their info, services, and day but I can’t seem to refine.

Can anyone please help?

Try this , I hope it helps, if it doesn't please tell me exactly what you're trying to do and the issue you're having

The most effective way to force specific start times is to break the practitioner’s availability into multiple small windows.

  1. In your Square Dashboard, go to Staff > Scheduling > Availability.

  2. Select the practitioner and the specific day they work.

  3. Instead of one long shift (e.g., 11am–4pm), add three separate availability blocks:

    • 11:00 am – 11:15 am

    • 1:00 pm – 1:15 pm

    • 3:00 pm – 3:15 pm

  4. Important: Under Appointments > Settings > Calendar & Booking, ensure your Online Scheduling is set to "According to Service Duration." * As long as your therapy services are longer than 15 minutes, the system will only show the start of these windows as available. Once 11am is booked, the "window" is used up.

Thank you so much! This is genius!


After blocking out the correct time after appointments this has worked except for the 3pm slot.

They have 2 appointment types that are one hour, so I have added one hour extra time.

Then there is one that is 1.5 hours so I have added 30 min after.

What do you think is going wrong with the 3pm?
