How can my email/text notifications reminders include address for customers booking appointment

Hi, I have an issue. A lot of my customers can’t find my location. They are saying that they usually receive in business address with their notifications via email or text from other businesses. Is that an option for us using Square or is that a different app or booking system they mentioned that when booking a reservation on some other Service they get the address. They can also add it to their calendar. From their calendar, tap on the address and navigate for directions.

You can customize your email/text reminders directly from your Appointments Dashboard.

 

1. Navigate to the Communications page of your online Dashboard.
2. Locate the Custom notifications section.
3. Select a message to edit, and add your own text to the box on the right.
4. Include automated variables from the table to personalize your message.
5. Click Save.
