How can I create a service or item with no duration?

Square will not allow services with add on options to pop up during booking. It also doesn’t show any items on my booking site. I had to convert all my items into services but now that’s screwing up my booking availability because it’s making my add ons have at least 5 minutes of duration when they don’t actually need to have extra time added such as adding a special oil or hot stone. HELP!!

I see the option for 0 minutes, are you not seeing that, can you share screenshot?

Hi thank you for replying! You can make the duration 0 minutes but when you go to book it you have to add a duration to it or it won’t let you book.
