How can I add pre-booking filters to the scheduler?

TLDR: I'm looking for the ability to have secondary and tertiary selection screens before selecting a calendar to book with. 

For context, I run a childcare, pet sitting, and house sitting business. For our non-overnight appointments, we charge mileage since we are a mobile company. We want to be able to filter best-fit Sitters based on where the sitter's home base is, reducing mileage cost for the customer, travel time for the sitter, and environmental impact. I'd love to figure out a way where the customer can select the service, have the option to book based on whoever is available (which already exists), based on the sitter's homebase location, or the sitter's experience, before selecting the teammate/sitter calendar itself. I reached out to support, and they said this type of feature doesn't exist yet, and I can have "anyone available" or specific calendars.

Hey @aryan0320  — welcome! I see this is your first post, and I’m glad you reached out.

 

At the moment, there isn’t a way to change the booking workflow. As Support mentioned, this would fall under a feature request. I’ve gone ahead and moved this thread over to the Feature Request board so the feedback can be tracked by our team.

 

Just a quick note: submitting a feature request doesn’t guarantee the feature will be implemented, but it does ensure your feedback is seen and considered.
