Hi there! I would like to figure out what is the best for my business to use Plus or premium.

I wonder what does this option mean Track service costs (Manage your backbar costs by adding specific costs per service) 

What exactly it does? How do I know If i really need it

Square Appointments Premium offers features that allow you to track the cost of your services.

 

Back bar costs refer to the different costs team members incur in when performing a service. For example, in a salon, employees will use items such as shampoo and conditioner, but they will also use resources from the salon, such as a chair or room. 

 

You would be able to track those costs using Square Appointments Premium, but the feature is not available in the Free or Plus versions of the software.
