Hi , I need help with Afterpay option regarding booking service via online?

My clients able to use the Afterpay option, when they buy products on my website. However when they want to book an appointment, SQUARE does not link the Afterpay payment option at the check out section of the booking. I require clients to pay prepayment/deposit of any service when they want to make an online booking. At the settings of the payment options SECTION, I also enabled the Afterpay option. I thought enabling Afterpay option will be added both for purchasing a product and online booking. But still Afterpay option does not working regarding check out of the  online booking. Why does not working? Can anybody help with this issue, please? Thank you for your answer in advance.

Thank you so much for reaching out and for sharing these details about the issue with Afterpay at checkout. Currently, Afterpay can be used for purchases made through your online store for physical products, but it isn’t yet supported for service bookings that require prepayments or deposits through Square Appointments. Even if Afterpay is enabled in your payment settings, it will only appear as a payment option where it’s supported, which is why it’s showing up for product purchases but not for bookings. I completely understand how useful it would be to offer Afterpay for appointment deposits as well. I recommend keeping your Square app and dashboard up to date, as we’re always expanding payment options and compatibility across different parts of the platform.
