My team is trying to assist in the final setup tasks of our new client and we are having issues being able to access their Appointments system to be able to get their Square Online site up and running. We cannot seem to activate the appointment functions to the location. We keep getting an error message. See attached image links.

HI, the Free Appointment Plan no longer supports the Google Calendar.
On April 26 the new pricing structure was implemented. You would have needed to select the appropriate Paid Plan. The announcement regarding the new structure was on January 20.
