This is also a feature request. This request has already been submitted to the Square Appointments Ideate Board here. Another Seller, @beautifulco has provided a workaround in this thread if you'd like to give it a try.

Hi Everyone,

I am continuing the discussion here as the previous long-standing thread regarding this topic was recently closed.

I understand the significant challenge many of us face with Square Appointments, particularly the difficulty in accurately tracking conversions when running Google Ads. After consulting with both Square support and Google, I confirmed that the standard setup has limitations in this area.

To address this, I developed a custom solution. I built a bespoke booking interface that retains Square as the backend engine but keeps the frontend experience entirely on my own website. This setup allows for full control over Google Analytics and conversion tracking.

@RTCR hi! No it is imposible. Many topics on Square developers and community is followed up, but Square still does not implement this feature. 

I created my own widget via square bookings api. Unfortunately - this is the only way for now how you can track conversions from square booking page.
