When my employees add their personal calendar to Square Appointments, it shows me all of their personal stuff.
And if they can see each other's Square Appointments Calendar, they can call see each other's personal events. Why doesn't it just say "Busy" or whatever? I spoke with support and they said that it's not possible to hide this. That can't be right can it?
@MisterMac According to the phrase I highlighted in the Calendar & bookings section of Appointments settings, this two-way sync is as the feature was designed. I don't think it was expected that anyone would share their one-and-only calendar with the Appointments sync function, but that they would instead create a separate personal calendar which would be linked to your Square account. Doing that would alleviate your privacy concerns.
