Is there a way to make it so that clients can make an appointment without an email? It’s kind of cumbersome and I don’t need an email if I have text reminders. Many of my clients don’t even have a rmail, and if they do they don’t check it or use it.
Hi @Klbernier. I just created a test customer with only a phone number on file, no email. I was able to create an appointment for them. So that works. If you meant to ask about online bookings, it seems that there is no way to make email address optional at this time. So, customers will have to call you to book if they don’t want to use email addresses. If you want, you can submit a feature request to the Appointments on this board.

@Klbernier it can’t hurt to submit a feature request. I wouldn’t be surprised if you weren’t the first, and for all I know it might be something that is being worked on now! Don’t lose hope!

Allow me to suggest that you go to the Square App Marketplace and check out third-party appointment apps that integrate with Square. Just search for “appointment” and review the resulting apps. You might find something there that works for your needs. Good luck!
