Email and text notification

My clients did not receive any notifications even I turned on the email and text notification. Please help.

Hello @Lynnstylist93 thanks for your question. What Square product(s) are you using? Appointments? POS?

Square recently changed their subscription tier level.  Check to make sure you're in the tier level that includes appointment reminders/notifications.  Hope this helps 🙂
