Alright, here's my dilemma: I have applied the automatic discounts, and everything is working properly, but what I'd like to have happen is that when customers book their appointments online, it doesn't show that they're going to be receiving any sort of discount. It's only being applied during the checkout phase.
Hey @GunnarsDetail currently, the timing of discount application is not changeable. If you have an automatic discount for products or services, that discount will be displayed and applied immediately, if applicable.

My solution is that I created a service listed as “ADD THIS TO YOUR ORDER FOR A 10% BLACK FRIDAY DISCOUNT” so at least the customer has a visual representation of the discount they will get for booking an appointment!
