Customized text reminders with policy link

Hello! I have not been able to find it, so I wanted to ask if there is a way that I can customize my TEXT reminders and/or confirmation messages. NOT email.  I want to be able to add a link for them to click to read my policies. Especially my No Show policy.

Hi @KateWattsHair.  Currently, you can not customize SMS/Text messages.  Only emails.  See screen shot below, which is located in the Square help document here.

 

If you want, you can submit a feature request for Appointments by going here.  The product team will review your request and let you know their decision.

UPDATE:

While this is not currently available as of 7/2024, I did find a work around. I your communications area, when it shows what you send out to the customer as a reminder or after the appt is booked, you can add the wording there. I will include a snippet of how I do mine.

I agree and would LOVE to be able to customize the text reminder as this is my main form of confirmation/communication!

Thank you for adding your voice for this Feature Request. I can tell you another seller has added this to our Ideate Board for our Product Team. 

 

I would recommend adding a comment or like to the thread! Once more information becomes available, a Community Moderator will come & update the status.
