Customer fields for waitlist

Is any way for customers filling the fields during joining waitlist (custom by me)? It is working only if they making appointment, but when new customer joining waitlist its only asking basic info (Name, phone, email). Is any way to add custom customer fields for waitlist?

It doesn't look like you can customize the forms fully, but I am following incase someone else has different information - you could consider using a google form?

Not possible yet, but this is a great idea!

Right now they can select the service and date/time range and that is it. More customization here would be great.. What fields would you want to add?

I would love to inake them as a customer, let me have OPTIONAL fields for address, and phone number, adding more auto customer creation like at the checkout, enroll them in loyalty, opt in for marketing and btw do you want to give us a review?

I want my customer experience to be painless, & seamless so when i can add more people to my directory so i can keep all their information in 1 central place that is the goal - oh yes i see here you messaged as a few months ago about X and we want to let you know Y while you were here today.

I'm working in nail business so I always had questions like "Do you have any allergies or conditions I should be aware?" etc. So yeah, adding customize fields for waitlist would be great.
