Several of our clients are unhappy and having a difficult time with the updates on our square appointments website. We previously had an option for clients to sign into their square accounts from our website, this allowed them to view future and past appts while giving them the option to book more appts. The current page only allows clients to view future and past appts but isn’t giving a clear option to book more appointments after signing in. Many of our regulars have been making new profiles so their appointments are no longer showing up under 1 profile and others have gone back to booking in person or over the phone, which defeats the purpose of our online book.
I’m hoping square can add a booking button to the page clients get after signing in from our website.

I did confirm with our team there have been some changes. Now when you click on my bookings and sign into the profile, it will show upcoming and past appointments. To book a new appointment you will just click on the business name in the upper left corner.
