Charge a deposit to book appointments?

I have an elective ultrasound business and I am suffering from no-shows on large packages on the weekends. I would like to be able to charge a $50 deposit to book certain appointment packages. How can I do that?

You do have the option to Hold a Card to Charge Cancellation Fees with Square Appointments would this work for you?
