Can you split service and retail commission?

I am trying to make commision for services and product sales different for my workers. is this even possible? For instance 50% commision for the service and 15% commision for retail.

Hi there.

I use square appointments so I hope I can help.  Have all retail listed as items.  Then you can set your commission rates differently for each one.  For example one of our retail is “cuticle oil”.  We have that listed under items.  So when one of our technicians sales one they get a different amount that they would for doing a gel polish manicure (service).
