trying to send emails after someone has visited our property. So they've made and paid for an appointment that's coming up say in 3 weeks time and I want to send an email after they've visited but not before.
is there a way to set this up? We have their appointment date and time so I believe it should be possible but don't see anyway to do it.

Yes, per @JK_Fiber_Art, with Square Appointments Plus you can send confirmation and reminder emails to your clients.

I believe the system is designed to send a confirmation email - as for what you have in mind, looks like there's no features or options. You would have to manually send an email after they visited.
