I would like to offer a service where people can book a service for multiples of an hour. Right now it seems they have to book each individual time slot separately. Is there a way to streamline this? Do i really have to make variations for 1hr, 2 hrs, 3 hrs, etc?
@Acmeartworks On first reading this, I don't think there is a workaround that I can suggest.
What is the intent of the service offerings at various multiples of an hour?
It seems to me, before I know all the things, that separate variations might be your best bet, but I would love to know more so that I can advise most appropriately.
We are a glassblowing shop and rent work stations by the hour, anywhere from 1 to 12 hr session.
I think @JessPoynter is correct with this one. Give mainly that you are allowing them to rent per hour and not by lets say 1/4 of the day
BTW, awesome business, I've always been fascinated by glassblowing!
This is something that we have been wanting for a while as well.
We allow our guests to book one or more hours of clay wheel use during time blocks of one to ten hour blocks.
We have eight stations.
We ran into the same issue where the only way to do it is to have them choose each individual hour separately.
We are hoping that eventually this will be something that is more streamlined and available.
The variations idea is somewhat of a workaround, however it doesn't give the control that's needed to block that time range for that resource. We never would want to double book.
