We book the appointment after a deposit has been made. How can I add an appointment after a deposit has been made? It is asking for me to input new items and services that the customer already paid for in square. How come we are unable to add an appointment and link to an already pre-paid customer that has not had the work done yet? This is a feature that should be offered for customers who already paid through Square but I still need to go ahead and book the appointment after we received the deposit in the system.

This seems to be a feature request at this time. Deposits don’t quite work the way you are using them. If this feature gets updated to integrate with appointments the way you would like, we will make sure to let you know.
