Can anyone help with this issue, there's no appointment listed on my dashboard? Do I need to set it up somewhere?

Hi @Katie8.. So, even if you are just using the Free tier, you have to be a Square Appointments subscriber. The quickest way to get to that is to click on the "Search" field at the top of you dashboard navigation pane and type "Appointments." That will take you to a screen where you can subscribe.
