Appointment booking calendar not showing availability

The client-facing booking calendar doesn't differentiate between days with or without availability. When a client is trying to book an appointment (through book.squareup.com), they can click on "Go to next available" but if they're looking at the calendar, there isn't any difference on which days have availability (see photo).

I entered a support ticket & was told to call the (855) 700-9000 number. The CSR on the phone told me the problem was the "brightness setting on my client's phone". This issue has nothing to do with how bright someone's phone is. 

 

The calendar used to have a blue bubble-type thing over the days with availability. Can it be changed back to this? Or is there some other suggestion? Anyone else having this issue?

I want to say that with the new update to create a better booking flow that "blue bubble-type" isn't available anymore.  So now when a clients chooses a day...the availability will drop down below (because a larger percentage of people book on their cell phones)...for mobile friendliness.  If the time doesn't show up depending on which plan you're using they may get the feature where they can add themselves to the wait list.  Let me know if this is what you mean and if this helped answer your question 🙂
