Appointment Reminders

I have it set that clients are to be reminded of their appointment 24 hours before. When a client reschedules their own appointment, they don’t seem to be receiving any reminders? This is frustrating as then I get no showed.

Oh no! Sorry the appointment's reminders are giving you an issue. 

Just want to clarify is this only when they reschedule they are getting the reminder?
