The Client Notes are super helpful in the Appointments > Overview section. We have 5-8 technicians working per day with 10-12 appointments per client. These notes are only visible in this section if the client self books online. However, if we make an appointment for the client and add notes in "Appointment Notes" it does not show up in the Appointments > Overview section. This means we have to click into each section to see the notes. Can we add the "Appointment Notes" to the "Appointments > Overview section" along with the client notes for each appointment?
Hi @pierpontnails. I’m not sure if this is an Appointments bug, or if it is the way it was initially designed. But, in either case, you should submit a formal feature request to the Appointments Team here. Just copy/paste your OP there. Someone will review it in a few working days and let you know if/how they are going to proceed. Normally, I would suggest that you make your case for this, but you seem to have done that quite well already.
