@Draft01 You can not combine Square accounts at all. This would fall into the category of a feature request which you can submit here. But that will only get the evaluation ball rolling and won’t help you in the short term. The only workaround I can think of is for you to create a group Google calendar for the shop. Everyone could sync to to their own calendar there and you can display calendars there. Here’s some more information with a link to the Square Help document on the subject.
How do I sync appointments to google calendar
To sync your appointments with Google Calendar, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Square Dashboard and go to Appointments.
- Click on Settings > Calendar & Booking.
- Under Manage Calendar Sync, click Link Google Calendar.
- Sign in to your Google account and allow access.
- Choose a linking option (Import and Export, Import Only, or Export Only).
- Select the Google Calendar to import and the Square Appointments staff calendar for the imported events.
- Click Continue to start syncing.
