When deleting items in the item library the confirmation action no longer shows the item being delet

Recently I started noticing when I go to delete an item from the item library it no longer says what it's deleting when asking to confirm it's being deleted. What's the point of the confirmation action if it's not even going to tell me to confirm what I'm deleting? 

 

Is this a bug or intentional? If intentional why bother having a confirmation step if I'm not even sure it's what I want to delete?

Hi there again, @PartyManiaMD - Our Dashboard Team has confirmed that this issue is a bug. They are actively working on this and hope to resolve it sometime this week, although there is no exact ETA at this time.
