Upcoming Orders print randomly

Our active orders used to print according to prep time on the items. This week they just started printing when people order them. It makes it harder to manage the orders. There are different items on each ticket that has done this so it doesn't seem to be related to prep times on the items. I now have Active orders that are 3 days out instead of that order being in Upcoming orders.

...and I have the opposite problem. I would love to have my upcoming orders print immediately, but they just sit there in "Upcoming"

@RS4 - sorry about the troubles!
I ran this by our team, and this shouldn't be happening anymore.
Are you still seeing this?

Got it - I understand what you're asking about now, and that would be a feature request.

Upcoming orders not printing immediately is the expected behavior @cocosnap.
Upcoming orders should be printing when your set prep time begins.

Thank you. I figured that was a request. I am a chocolate shop which allows custom built boxes, so it is always helpful to have the orders print immediately so that I can monitor my stock accordingly since some things take three days to make.

Has this been changed? I also need to have every order to print when its placed, no mater what time the customer plans to pick it up

I would love for them to print immediately too, but so far as I know, they still only print within the window you set for prep time. Total bummer.
